Table row splits up on a page break because Allow Row to Break is checked.
Cause:
The 'Allow Row to Break Across Pages' option is selected.
Solution:
Select the row in question and click the 'Row' tab from the Cell Height and Width folder. Clear the 'Allow row to Break Across Pages' check box.
1) Position the insertion point in the row being split.
2) Select the 'Table' menu and select 'Select Row'. (The row will be highlighted.)
3) Select the 'Table' menu and select 'Cell Height and Width...'.
4) Click 'Row' tab.
5) Clear the 'Allow Row to Break Across Pages' check box.
